Kawana Baldwin is a Licensed Esthetician & Instructor, a Master Lash, Brow & Permanent Makeup Artist. She is also a 3D Areola & Paramedical Tattoo Artist. She’s been featured on Fox 2 News Detroit & is known for her popular 3D Magnetic Lashes & Magic Eyeliner as an alternative to eyelash extensions. Her mission is to spiritually uplift, educationally enrich, empower, and positively impact her community in the essence of beauty.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Eyelash Kween is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please call or text (734) 877-9699 at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. Same day cancellations will result in 25% charge of the service you were scheduled for. No call, no show appointments will result in 100% charge of the service you were scheduled for. If you are running 10 minutes late, we will do everything possible to give you the full amount of time on your appointment. However, if there is another appointment following your service, we cannot guarantee this will be possible. If you are running more than 15 minutes late your appointment is subject to cancellation. Any deposits made is non-refundable and is applied toward your booked service. Deposit may be transferred ONE TIME ONLY, however at least 24 hour prior notice to reschedule original appointment is required. All no-shows and/or cancellations result in forefeited deposits. *Booking an appointment serves as your agreement to all of the above terms and conditions.
